As the founder of FACTS Wellness & Retreat Center, I can attest to the power of connection. My goal in creating this space was to provide a nurturing environment where people could focus on their own well-being and learn how to form lasting connections with themselves and others. Through our world-class wellness services, massages, foot soaks, coaching, and retreats, we aim to help you find your inner peace and create the foundation for a lifetime of optimal health.
My Story
My vision* for FACTS Wellness & Retreat Center came to me through prayer and my own personal purpose. I believe that everyone deserves a space to retreat, to recharge, and to reconnect with themselves. My intention is to create an atmosphere of relaxation, healing, and spiritual support so that each person who visits can leave feeling renewed and empowered.

Our mission is to connect individuals with self-love, promote self-care and establish a lasting community through wellness.
