About the event
Our BIPOC Virtual Community Mindfulness Practice is a safe and supportive space designed specifically for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to come together and cultivate inner peace, healing, and resilience. Through guided mindfulness practices, meditation, and reflection, we create an inclusive environment where participants can connect with themselves and each other, fostering a sense of community and collective well-being. Whether you're new to mindfulness or have an established practice, this virtual gathering offers an opportunity to slow down, recharge, and center yourself in a welcoming space that honors the unique experiences of BIPOC communities.
